Service Marketplace

The Service Marketplace is VistaView’s place to discover and request home/real-estate services (for example moving, insurance, warranty, trades) from claimed service company profiles in VistaView.

• What is live: marketplace UI at /v3/marketplace, provider onboarding paths, and booking APIs for numeric service_providers rows.
• Honesty rule: board license records and map ZIP pins are not automatically treated as bookable businesses. We do not invent companies, rates, or payouts from license data.
• Thumbtack: partner UTM / widget integration is used only when Thumbtack credentials are configured; we do not scrape or invent Thumbtack listings.

FAQ

Are license ZIP pins the same as marketplace companies?

No. Owned license data can power map contacts; bookable marketplace companies are claimed service_providers records — we do not invent businesses from pins.

Is Thumbtack always on?

Only when partner credentials are configured. Otherwise the marketplace does not invent Thumbtack pros.
