1. Who we are
Vista View Realty Services LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating a property and entity intelligence platform at vistaview.ai. We are not inventing third-party certifications on this page; our public company identity is Vista View Realty Services LLC.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact details you provide (such as name, email, and phone number).
- Authentication data needed to sign in (for example one-time passcodes).
- Usage and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Public government records and related property/entity data processed as part of the Service (described in our longer policy materials where applicable).
3. How we use information
- To create and secure accounts, verify identity, and provide the Service.
- To send transactional SMS one-time passcodes (OTP) when you request phone sign-in or verification.
- To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
4. SMS / OTP messaging (consumer authentication)
When you use phone sign-up or sign-in on vistaview.ai, you first agree to our Terms of Service. After you provide your mobile number and request an SMS code, we send a transactional one-time passcode to that number solely to verify it belongs to you.
- Program: VistaView account authentication OTP (transactional).
- Message frequency: message frequency varies; typically one OTP per verification request.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages from this program.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@vistaview.ai.
- Consent: By checking/continuing through sign-up on vistaview.ai (which links to these Terms and this Privacy Policy) and requesting an SMS code, you consent to receive the OTP text messages described above. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- We do not sell your phone number. OTP SMS is not used for marketing.
5. Sharing
We use service providers that help us operate the Service (for example SMS delivery via Twilio). We share only what is needed for those providers to perform their functions. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention & security
We retain account and authentication-related data only as long as needed for the purposes above, security, and legal requirements. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
7. Your choices
- Reply STOP to opt out of the OTP SMS program; reply HELP for help.
- Contact privacy@vistaview.ai for access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
