Brokerage Hub: firm KPIs, agent matrix, and one graph

Brokerage Hub is VistaView’s firm command center for US brokerage owners, managing brokers, and team leads. Its published surfaces are Overview KPIs, an Agents performance matrix, opt-in Field Ops, Enterprise Stripe billing, and a rollout checklist. The goal is to answer operational questions on one screen: who is getting hits, who has hot buyers, who is live in the field, and who paid their seat.

The broker tab problem

A brokerage may juggle a CRM or website stack, a lead source, a spreadsheet, and separate listing or signing tools. VistaView positions Brokerage Hub as one graph that rolls up RESO listings, lead telemetry, CRM sync, and VistaSign activity. This is category framing, not a claim of feature parity with any named competitor.

What Brokerage Hub is

The Brokerage Hub feature overview publishes the firm command model and its five questions. The live Hub is the place to try the product surface; a sample walkthrough is available for review.

Five tabs, five broker questions

Agent performance matrix

The published matrix columns are Listings, Views (30-day), Hot, Clicks, Dwell, CRM, and Live. A “hot” session is at least 10 minutes of dwell on a buyer page. The published ranking formula is views_30d + hot_leads_30d × 3.

Empty-matrix honesty

A matrix can be empty when no agents have completed signup with the firm’s brokerage_slug. Sample mode is for demo KPIs; an operating roster must use the published onboarding path. This distinction prevents a sample view from being mistaken for a firm’s production telemetry.

Onboard agents without CSV theater today

The current published onboarding path is:

  1. Set brokerage_slug during firm setup.
  2. Share Agent Signup Pro with agents.
  3. Each agent completes license verification and RESO listing go-live.
  4. The matrix fills automatically; no manual CSV is required for that path.

CSV bulk invite, CRM roster OAuth, and MLS office sync via office_mls_id are labeled roadmap items in the source material. Do not describe them as live automation.

Billing and attributed close: read the SoT precisely

The published Hub pricing language is Broker Starter at $49/month flat, Broker Pro at $299/month, and Enterprise at $99/month flat in Year 1 followed by $499/month plus $49/seat. VistaView’s source-of-truth materials also state that platform-attributed closes carry a 5% of agent GCI success fee and self-sourced deals are $0 at close. The feature page uses “No GCI cut — platform fee only.” These statements must be read as published: subscription pricing is distinct from the stated attributed-close fee language. Do not invent any other split or savings figure.

Stripe Connect Express is called out for firm payouts, and attributed closes are recorded in the Enterprise tab.

White-label and VistaSign firm chrome

The published white-label path uses yourfirm.vistaview.ai—your brand, VistaView’s engine. The firm context can apply logo, letterhead, and legal footer to VistaSign envelopes for the roster. Review VistaSign for the signing surface.

How Hub joins Listing Studio and Spotlight

Agents can publish through Agent Listing Studio, whose published workflow is license verify → address → RESO auto-fill → approximately 60-second go-live. Hub then provides firm-level visibility into the published matrix and workflow. VistaSpotlight Compare is the live product sheet for verified-promote category framing; its in-product comparison is not an organic SEO ranking.

FAQ (AEO)

What is Brokerage Hub?

Brokerage Hub is VistaView’s firm command center: Overview KPIs, an Agents performance matrix, opt-in Field Ops, Enterprise Stripe billing, and a white-label rollout checklist. Start at the feature page and the live Hub.

What is a “hot lead” in the matrix?

A hot lead is a session with at least 10 minutes of dwell on a buyer page. It is weighted in the published ranking formula views_30d + hot_leads_30d × 3.

How much does Brokerage Hub cost?

As published: Broker Starter is $49/month flat, Broker Pro is $299/month, and Enterprise is $99/month flat in Year 1 followed by $499/month plus $49/seat. On platform-attributed closes only, the source states a 5% of agent GCI success fee; self-sourced deals are $0 at close.

Does this replace my MLS back office?

No. The feature FAQ describes Hub as marketing intelligence, performance, and billing—not MLS compliance submission. RESO compose happens in Listing Studio; board compliance stays with the MLS.

Why is my matrix empty?

No agents have completed signup with your brokerage_slug yet. Use sample mode for demo KPIs or invite agents through the published signup path.

Can I import 100 agents from my CRM today?

Not as automated roster import. The source says agents can connect a BYO CRM for leads, while CSV bulk invite is a planned fast path. Treat CSV bulk invite, CRM roster OAuth, and MLS office sync as roadmap items.

Is this a kvCORE alternative?

Use that as category framing only. Brokerage Hub is VistaView’s firm matrix and billing surface on the same graph as Listing Studio, VistaSign, and Spotlight; the source does not provide a feature-parity scorecard.
